At Cully's Yamaha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lifestyle and riding apparel. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original Yamaha factory tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to receive your Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
